Kate O’Brien, RDN, LDN

Kate has been a dietitian since 2017. She has a true passion for health and fitness which, combined with her prior career in professional dancing, led her to the field of nutrition. Kate completed her undergraduate and graduate education in nutrition at Simmons University, and went on to complete her dietetic internship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. She worked as an inpatient dietitian at Brigham and Women’s for several years helping patients manage a variety of healthcare needs such as kidney disease, cardiology, oncology, neurology, and surgical procedures.

She is passionate about really getting to know her patients and helping them achieve better health through ways that work best for each of their unique needs. Outside of work, Kate loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and energetic pup. In addition to food and nutrition, she’s passionate about long-distance running, meditation, hiking, traveling, and playing music.
