Elizabeth Smith, C.P.N.P

Elizabeth joined the practice in 2017. She spent the last nine years working as a nurse practitioner in a primary care office in central MA and most recently worked with the Pain Treatment Service at Boston Children’s Hospital. She lives locally with her husband, children, and dog. Outside of work she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
