What types of problems are appropriate for urgent care?
Urgent care is appropriate for non life threatening problems that need same day attention, such as fever, sore throat, ear pain, mild asthma symptoms, urinary symptoms, minor injuries, and rashes. If symptoms are severe or rapidly worsening, go to the emergency room or dial 911.
Do you offer rapid testing for flu, strep, or COVID?
Testing availability can vary by location and clinical need. Your clinician will order the appropriate tests during your visit when indicated.

On-Call Services
Our practice offers 24/7 urgent care through our on-call service. For urgent needs during nights, weekends, or holidays, please call our main line at (978) 635-8700 and leave your details and message with our answering service. A nurse from our Telephone Triage Service will assess your situation and consult with our on-call physician as needed.
All after-hours call details are shared with your PCP for continued care oversight.
