Alex Iannini grew up in South Africa and moved to Massachusetts in 1995, a native of the area. Dr. Iannini gained her love for pediatrics during her first pediatric rotation in medical school, at Red Cross Children’s Hospital in Cape Town, South Africa. She went back and did part of her internship and residency at that same hospital, gaining valuable experience in a variety of pediatric conditions. She completed her residency at Baystate Medical Center where she cemented her interest in primary care.
Dr Iannini believes vaccinations are essential to protect children and preserve public health.
In her spare time Dr. Iannini enjoys traveling, hiking, reading and gardening. Dr. Iannini has 3 college age children.
