Online Scheduling for COVID-19 Tests

Please read and answer the three questions at the bottom of the page to request a COVID-19 test. If using Safari on a Mac or Apple iPhone/iPad, please use the patient portal for Online Scheduling.


COVID-19 testing is available to Acton Medical patients ages 2 to 65. Please call the office if not within this age group. Tests are performed for patients with

  • any COVID symptoms or
  • those who have been exposed to a confirmed case.
    • We recommend testing 5 days after last exposure.
    • Exposure is defined as 15 or more minutes within 6 feet of a confirmed COVID-19 case.

Online scheduling should not be used for severe symptoms or medical advice. Please call us for assistance.

– If eligible for Online Scheduling, please note that appointments are not reserved until the patient receives a confirmation text from Acton Medical.

Pediatric patients will be called for a telemedicine visit with a physician or nurse practitioner within 24 to 48 hours of scheduling online.

Testing is performed at our Mobile Care Site, Acton Medical Associates, 321 Main Street, Acton, MA.

  • Please arrive on-time
  • Our Mobile Care Site is in the Patient Parking lot
  • COVID-19 dedicated parking spots are clearly marked
  • Park in a COVID-19 Testing spot and kindly remain in the vehicle until a team member comes to greet you.
  • COVID-19 testing is being performed by PCR only. Results are available within 48 hours.
