On-site Testing
We are pleased to offer on-site access to essential diagnostics when available. This means you can get the tests you need without the hassle of traveling elsewhere, keeping your care streamlined and in one place with the team you trust.
Monday – Sunday
We offer same-day urgent care appointments, including Saturdays, at all four of our locations. Established patients can call our offices directly for priority scheduling.
These appointments ensure you receive care from your trusted Acton Medical team rather than having to visit an outside urgent care. By staying in-house, we provide continuity of care, access to your medical records, and a team that knows your health history.
Sunday’s Adult Urgent Care is by Telehealth (virtual) only.

On-Call Services
Our practice offers 24/7 urgent care through our on-call service. For urgent needs during nights, weekends, or holidays, please call our main line at (978) 635-8700 and leave your details and message with our answering service. A nurse from our Telephone Triage Service will assess your situation and consult with our on-call physician as needed.
All after-hours call details are shared with your PCP for continued care oversight.
