New Phone System
We heard you…
To better service our patients, we have upgraded to a new phone system which will offer the convenience of:
- Direct Dial Lines
- Easy to use phone menus
- Voice messaging
- The option to always speak with a live attendant at any time during your call
When you reach the automated phone system’s main menu you will be given the following options:
- For new patient registration or to change insurance information
- For Adult Medicine
- For Pediatrics
- For all other departments, including Coumadin Clinic, Pre-Op/Diagnostic testing, Travel Nurse, Laboratory or Business office
The following are common options throughout the automated system:
1 To leave a voicemail (if available for that department)
7 To repeat the options you just heard
9 To return to the main menu
0 To transfer to a switchboard operator who will be happy to
transfer your call manually
